Stand shoulder-width apart, lower until thighs are parallel, drive through heels.
Step forward, lower back knee to just above the floor, push through front heel.
Wide stance, toes pointed out 45 degrees, lower deep to target inner thighs and glutes.
Use a sturdy chair or step. Drive through the heel of the elevated foot.
Back flat against wall, thighs parallel to floor. Hold and burn.
Lie on back, one foot planted, drive hips up squeezing glutes at the top.
Stand on the edge of a step, lower heels below the platform, rise to full extension.
Squat down, explode upward, land softly. Build power and burn calories.
